Building Boys To Men Inc. (“we”) operates buildingboystomen.org and the EVTS Trade Game mobile and web game. This page explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account and card redemption information. When you redeem a game card or buy a pass, we collect the name, date of birth and email address you enter, so we can create your access and confirm your purchase.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers (WooCommerce Payments / Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your card number.
• Contact form and tutoring requests. If you contact us or request tutoring, mentoring or homework help, we keep what you send so we can answer you.
• Usage data. Our website uses analytics to count page views, taps on phone-number links and form submissions. The EVTS Trade Game app itself does not require an account and does not ask for personal information to play.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide access to the game and courses, answer your messages, process payments, and improve the site. We do not sell your information.

Children

Our programs are for young people, and a parent or guardian should set up and supervise accounts for anyone under 13. We collect only what is needed to give a young person access to the game and learning material. A parent or guardian may ask us to see or delete their child’s information at any time using the contact details below.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run our site and payments (web hosting, email, payment processing, analytics), or where the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep redemption and purchase records for as long as your access lasts and as our accounting obligations require. You may ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing us.
