Building Boys To Men Inc. was founded in 2010 in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — a city where too many young men fall through the cracks of a system that wasn’t designed with them in mind.
The founder saw firsthand what happens when young men have no pathway — no mentor, no trade, no purpose. They saw boys becoming statistics instead of becoming men. That had to change.
The mission was simple but powerful: fill the void. Give young men the tools, the knowledge, and the confidence to build something — literally and figuratively.

Since 2010, Building Boys To Men Inc. has been a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to workforce development, mentorship, and youth empowerment in Philadelphia and beyond.
Through community programs, trade education initiatives, and partnerships with local businesses, BBTM has helped hundreds of young men discover their potential and find their path.
